With over 10 years of experience, including key positions at the Indonesian Embassy in London, European Non-Governmental Organisations, Consultant roles in the private sector and corporate in executive level, he offers deep expertise in strategic management and corporate governance. He was appointed as the Special Advisor to the Governor of Riau on Foreign Affairs and Investment. With his current position as the Commissioner of Bumi Energi, he plays a critical role in advancing energy upstream and promoting sustainability in Indonesia.   

Bapak Aga holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from the University of London (UoL) and a Bachelor's degree in International Politics and Relations from Middlesex University London. He's also executive education candidate of Achieving Leadership Excellence at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).  

In his capacity as Chairman, he leads the formulation of corporate policies, oversees operational execution, and ensures alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. His leadership is instrumental in steering the company toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
